How it worksTy Ellison

Alongside art direction for the early phases of the Shark 6 and Atto 2 campaigns, I worked on freelance resourcing and budgets for the account.

That gave me a view of the work being developed and the capacity available to make it. Creative decisions and delivery needs were part of the same conversation.

My responsibilities changed as the senior team moved back into concepting, and I stepped back from day-to-day resourcing. It’s a useful example of how the role can flex around what a project needs, rather than staying inside a single job description.
